Graphene Automation Private Ltd (GAPL) is a company managed by professionals in Electrical ,Instrumentation Automation and Control Engineering and it is growing steadily ever since its formation. The company was formed in 2008 and is situated in Kakkanad in Kerala region. We are authorized to do sales, System Integration & value added business.
We are the End User Specialist of M/S SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC, ECO partner of SCHNEIDER EUROTHERM, Channel Partners of M/S PHOENIX CONTACT INDIA.PVT.LTD, for products as well as total integration of systems like DCS, PAC, PLC, and SCADA and after sales service, AMC.
Our prestigious Customers include VSSC, ISRO, Petronet-LNG, Brahmos, KMML, Binani Zinc Ltd, FACT, TCC, CUMI, HOCL, BPCL, SUD CHEMIE INDIA Pvt ltd, Tempsens Instruments Pvt. Ltd. and Marico ltd. The company holds Engineers and Technicians of high caliber and with a vast experience in Electrical ,Instrumentation and Control, in Oil and Gas Sector, Chemical and Metallurgical Industries, Thermal Power Plants, Water treatment Plants, Sewage treatment Plants, Bottle packaging, food & Beverages, Drugs & Pharma etc.
The strength of the company is that we have the capability of Engineering design, Procurement, Implementation/Installation and Commissioning of Projects. Our specialty is that we are a Total Automation Solution (TAS) provider.
Valuing our capabilities we have been awarded the prestigious Petronet-LNG, Kochi project’s fields Instrumentation and commissioning jobs in the very 3rd year of its formation.
The other main projects are Total Process Automation of SUD-CHEMIE (formerly United Catalyst India Ltd.) a Chemical process plant in Binanipuram Industrial area, Kochi, Coconut oil processing and Bottling full plant Automation in Marico Ltd, High Temperature Test facility Automation in Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre(VSSC-ISRO), Thiruvananthapuram.
We have a full-fledged calibration shop, tools and tackles for the installation and commissioning jobs and are capable of taking Annual Maintenance contract for Instrumentation and Control systems including DCS, PAC, PLC and SCADA systems, Furnace and Ovens Thyristor power controllers etc. We can also provide a team to look after the regular maintenance jobs on contract basis in Industries.
“Finishing School” is another highlighted area of our Company, with full-fledged state of arts Labs for real practical experience, our aim is to render training to Engineering Graduates from the disciplines of Instrumentation and Control, Applied Electronics and Instrumentation.
